Recognizing the significant growth and opportunity in women’s sport, Agency CMG was established in Stockholm, Sweden in 2015 with a clear vision: To be a part of creating a world that is conscious, empowered and equal, where top players, coaches and decision makers in the world of women’s football have world class opportunities to be the best they can be, in order to inspire the next generation.

10 years later we represent top players, coaches, decision makers and clubs exclusively in the world of women’s football, while being behind the Women’s Football Expo.

maria Karlsson De Cecco

CEO & FIFA Licensed Agent
Maria leads CMG's operations while also serving as an agent. She has 24 years experience from football at elite level across four countries and is a sport science graduate. An active member of the FIFA Agent Working Group and based in Sweden and Italy.

FIFA Licensed Agent
Based in Italy and Sweden, Lisa is an agent known for her close ties with players and clubs. She brings a unique background as a former professional footballer and national team ice hockey player while holding an UEFA A coaching license and a Sport Management Bachelor's degree.

Malin Levenstad

FIFA Licensed Agent
Malin's elite background includes over 300 games in the Swedish top league and representing Sweden's national team. Based in Sweden, she also holds a UEFA PRO coaching license.

Client Support Manager
Her impressive playing background includes clubs like PSG and FC Rosengård, alongside representing the Sweden national team. Emma is currently training to become a FIFA Licensed agent.

Client Support Manager
Danijela handles everything beyond the football field. A three-time Olympian and veteran of seven World Championships as a former hockey player, she deeply understands our clients' lives, providing unwavering support for all their needs.

Joakim Zetterström

LEGAL
An attorney and member of the Swedish Bar Association, Joakim provides legal counsel to CMG and our clients on all matters from commercial agreements to transfers. With vast experience in professional and amateur sports, including roles as an ice hockey MC, board member, and disciplinary committee chairman, Joakim possesses a deep understanding of the environment and daily challenges faced by our clients.

CARINA BRORMAN

Board Chair
Carina has a long-standing background from both the cultural sector and the business community. She has been deputy CEO of Malmö Opera, head of SVT Syd, communications director for E.ON Nordic and Saab Group and board member of Malmö FF. Today, she is an independent consultant and board professional with assignments such as senior advisor at Prime Weber Shandwick, chair of STIM and board member of the Swedish Film Institute and Dramaten (2008-2016).

Isabella Bengtsson

Board Member
Isabella is a medical doctor and a former handball player, having represented Skuru in Elitserien and Sweden in youth and junior national teams. She is our youngest board member and brings the perspective of being a young woman, both in sports and society.

DANIEL BREITHOLTZ

Board Member
Daniel has spent his entire adult life in the music and entertainment industry, working for many years at record labels with artist development, as a creative director and manager. He has also produced multiple TV shows, radio programs, and podcasts. For almost 10 years, he has worked at Spotify. But, Daniel’s greatest passion in life is not music—it’s sports! But you need something to do during the day while waiting to watch sports, right?

Ingvar "Putte" Carlsson

Board Member
"Putte" is a prominent figure in the Swedish sports arena and one of CMG's founders. With a deep history in both football and ice hockey, holding diverse roles as general manager, head coach, sport manager, and national team coach, his extensive experience is pivotal to CMG's past, present, and future.

Fredrik Lemmel

Board Member
After 25 years of legal experience in startup companies with entrepreneurs, Fredrik is now one himself. He’s devoted to make things better, more efficient and create value regardless if the company operate a submarine, run private high schools or provide advanced financial services.

ANNELIE NÄSSÉN

Board Member
Annelie is a visionary leader with extensive experience in retail, travel and finance, currently serving as CEO of FOREX. She has a strong track record of driving business growth, leading successful and fostering high-performing teams. With an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for people, she builds trust, engagement and lasting customer value. Beyond her professional career, she is a mentor in a women’s leader program and deeply passionate about sports as a dedicated football and hockey mum.
